The video Dance of Life, created by Edvard Munch in 1900, is a word picture that portrays multitude in different stages of animatenesstime. The painting implies that biography is difficult and that it can be depressing at times, but that it always goes on. The woman on the far left stands alone, representing youth, and wears dust coat, representing innocence.The woman on the far right stands alone, representing the loneliness of old age, and she wears black, representing death or loss.
